Real Estate (Rates based on square footage)
$125: Up to 2,000 sq. ft.
$175: 2,001-4,000 sq. ft.
$225: 4,001-6,000 sq. ft.
$275: 6,001+ sq. ft.
-Turn-around time is typically 24 hours or less. I deliver photos via DropBox and scaled down for MLS format. Higher resolution versions are available on request.
-Photoshoots include as many interior and exterior photos needed to properly showcase the entire property. A typical 3 bed, 2 bath house will usually be around 20-25 photos.
-Sky replacements are available upon request at an additional cost.

-Rates reflect local work (Pulaski County area). For travel outside of Pulaski County, I charge the federal government standard of $0.58 per mile.
-Commercial rates start at $500 (architecture, interior design, contractors, etc.).
*Prices reflect a commercial license. All photos used commercially are licensed copies for the duration of the listing. Per the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation and are owned by the original author (i.e. the photographer).
